Job Summary
IRCG is seeking a motivated and results-driven Immigration Consultant to represent and promote our immigration and education services. This role is 100% commission-based and ideal for consultants with strong sales, marketing, and client advisory skills.
The consultant will be responsible for marketing IRCG services, generating leads, and converting prospective international students, skilled workers, and immigrants who wish to study, work, or relocate to Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote IRCG immigration and education services to prospective applicants
- Identify, engage, and advise potential clients interested in:
- Studying in Canada (study permits, student pathways)
- Working in Canada (work permits, LMIA-based programs)
- Permanent residence and immigration pathways
- Conduct initial consultations and pre-assessments for applicants
- Explain Canadian immigration options clearly and ethically
- Support clients through the sales process and hand off qualified cases to IRCG processing teams
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective students and applicants
- Develop partnerships with agents, schools, and community organizations (where applicable)
- Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and conversions
- Represent IRCG professionally and in compliance with all applicable regulations
Compensation
- Commission-based compensation only
- Competitive commission paid per successful enrollment or signed client
- No income cap — earnings are directly tied to performance
- Commission structure provided upon onboarding
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensed Immigration Consultant (RCIC) preferred
- Experience in immigration consulting, international education recruitment, or sales
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration and study pathways
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Multilingual skills are a strong asset
- Experience working with international markets is an advantage
